The most important asset of Corporacion Drokasa's companies is its employees. To ensure efficient management of talent, the corporation has a Corporate Human Resources Division that is in charge of administrative activities, such as worker training, social welfare programs and hiring.
In 2003, the Corporation inplemented a human resources management system based on competencies. The system was started at the Farmindustria plant and later extended to the group's different companies. The goal is to identify and correct gaps in the ideal and real human resources profile to allow us to optimize future training and professional development programs.
