The corporation has developed a single infrastructure for corporate services that offers administrative, financial, legal, accounting and logistical support to the Business Units (UNES). In addition to allowing for the development of synergies, this structure also facilitates a corporate culture based on work philosophies and harmonized methodologies, and is integrated within the organization. An integrating instrument is the Data Center that administers all the operations and corporate information through SAP, Famous and other systems.

Distribution

Drokasa's Distribution Center (CDDK) is one of the principal rings in the corporation's supply chain, allowing us to efficiently respond to our clients' requirements. The CDDK has a highly trained team and the necessary equipment and tools to get the job done.


  
 

Important improvements in the logistical management were made in 2003. The warehouses in Santa Anita were centralized, national inventories were reduced to 2.5 months, and nearly $.200,000 was saved through changes in working capital, while at the time meeting the goals for customer service set for the year.

The CDDK has the capacity to hold 5,600 pallets and attend to an average of 11,500 orders placed monthly by clients in Lima and in our six branches nationwide. The branches include redistribution platforms and storage facilities that give us greater flexibility to respond to unforeseen events.

The CDDK has recieved the Better Storage Practices (BPA) certificate from the Health Ministry's General Health Board since 2000, which has been renewed each year.

CDDK is interconnected - through a dedicated line - to our administrative areas and the branch offices.

   
 
 
 
   
 

In  addition,  it  has  strategic  alliances  with transportation  companies  to  move  products  from  the  CDDK  to  our
clients throughout Peru.
